Product Download
Our products are currently delivered by Internet download only. After your purchase has been approved we will process your order. Orders are typically processed within few minutes but could take as long as twenty-four (24) hours to complete. Once your order has been processed we will send you a confirmation email using the email address you provided on our order form.
This email will serve as your electronic purchase receipt and will contain the information you need to access our product downloads.
While we are flexible and allow you to complete a reasonable number of downloads we will not tolerate download abuse. We reserve the right to terminate your access to our download servers.
Refund Policy
We are always happy to see our products helping you to accomplish your goals - and if a refund is ever needed, please be sure to refer to the section below.

Since we provide non-tangible, irrevocable goods, we DO NOT issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and product download link is sent. Please note that we offer digital products, not services, so there is no way to close access to the files that you’ve already received.
UNFORTUNATELY, DUE TO THE IMMEDIATE ACCESS TO DIGITAL PRODUCTS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NONREFUNDABLE.
If you do not receive the digital product link upon purchasing, you can immediately contact us with your transaction/payment details to ensure your product is delivered to your e-mail as soon as possible.
